What will I be doing? This multi-skilled role involves ensuring all tools and hire equipment are tested, safe for use, and readily available for hire. You will support your Hire Manager in managing all aspects of their department and business, deliver and collect a wide variety of tools and equipment to and from customers. With your knowledge of our products and services, you will serve as a key contact for our customers, nurturing relationships, understanding their needs, offering expert advice, and recommending alternatives to maximize sales profitably. Safety is paramount; you will need to adhere to all Tool Hire processes and procedures, including audits and inspections. What experience do you need? Previous experience in the Plant and Hire Industry or a good understanding of electrical, petrol, and diesel equipment is advantageous but not essential. Transferable skills such as customer service and sales experience are crucial. A full clean UK driving licence is required. Does this sound like you?
