Job Description The role of Bookkeeper will include but duties are not limited to: Manage and record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Prepare financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Process payroll and maintain employee financial records. Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Maintain an organised and up-to-date financial filing system. Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes and systems. The Successful Applicant A successful Bookkeeper should have: A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. An AAT qualification (or equivalent) Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. A positive attitude towards collaboration and teamwork.
