You’ll work across the entire group, delivering a diverse portfolio of change projects that impact everything from logistics and operations to people and infrastructure. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Business Transformation to translate high-level strategy into actionable project plans, managing delivery from end to end.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and deliver change projects aligned to the group’s finance strategy Translate strategic objectives into tangible project plans with clear deliverables and milestones Lead cross-functional meetings and manage matrix teams to ensure delivery Own full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, risk/issue management, and budget control Provide regular portfolio updates to senior stakeholders Drive continuous improvement and best practice in project and change deliveryAbout YouYou’re an experienced change or project manager that enjoys working across a variety of functions and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
