Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service as a brand ambassador. Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly. Interact with guests, sharing product knowledge on drinks and food. Food service, including serving guest orders, clearing tables, and hygiene checks. Assist with housekeeping tasks such as cleaning rooms, changing linen, and bathroom cleaning. Manage laundry and occasional kitchen portering work. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, with training provided.
