Join to apply for theWarehouse and Logistics Co-ordinatorrole atSilver Planet Group 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for theWarehouse and Logistics Co-ordinatorrole atSilver Planet Group We have a fantastic opportunity for a bright, personable and customer focused Warehouse and Logistics Co-ordinator to join our client, a well established company based in High Wycombe.Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for someone to be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, from initial contact through to delivery and invoicing. This role involves lots of customer interaction, coordination with internal teams and various administration tasks.It's a dual role - around 50/50 split between warehouse operations and office based duties.The successful candidate will have a strong background inwarehouse operations , particularly in order processing, dispatch coordination, stock control, and logistics.The role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, £26k - £28k plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday and private healthcare after probation.Duties includeContacting customers, discussing their requirements and delivery schedules Answering emails and calls from customers Processing orders onto Sage and making sure all details are correct Generating or actioning picking/dispatch tickets. Understanding physical stock handling and storage processes Coordinating dispatch schedules and outbound logistics Returns and stock reconciliationSkills/ExperienceExperience in warehouse operations Working with inventory management systems (e.g., Sage, WMS). Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail with great organisational skills Able to problem solve and find solutions quickly/efficiently Strong customer service skills with a positive and proactive approach Able to work under pressurePlease note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
