Creating Value for Clients: Recommend energy strategies that cut costs, reduce consumption, and improve performance. Building Strong Relationships: Be more than a sales rep - become a trusted advisor who adds strategic value. Supporting Net Zero Goals: Help clients tackle the three Cs - Cost, Carbon, and Consumption on their path to sustainability. Learning from the Best: Work closely with senior leaders and gain mentorship in strategic growth and consultative sales.What They’re Looking For:A commercially aware individual with a passion for sustainability, data, and smart energy use A confident communicator who builds trust and simplifies complexity in the sales process An analytical mindset - comfortable with numbers, curious about performance, and always asking "why?"
