Base pay rangeTax Manager Warwick Up to £80,000 Hybrid We’re looking for a detail-focused Tax Specialist to support compliance, reporting, and advisory work within the finance team. This role will help ensure accurate submissions, mitigate risk, and contribute to tax planning. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit PAYE and VAT returns Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and payment deadlines Conduct reconciliations and resolve tax discrepancies Advise internal teams on payroll tax and VAT matters Monitor tax legislation changes and assess business impact Support tax planning and process improvements Liaise with HMRC and external tax advisers Requirements Strong knowledge of UK tax laws (PAYE, VAT, HMRC processes) Experience in preparing tax computations and returns Proficient in Excel and tax software Excellent communication, accuracy, and analytical skills Previous experience in a tax-focused role (practice or in-house) No VISA sponsorship available.
