With teams in Boston, London, and Sydney, we're making waves worldwide, partnering with industry leaders like Domino's, JD Sports and McDonald's.Who You Are2-3 years post qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent Proven experience in a similar role (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment), required to wear many finance hates in a fast-paced organisation Proven ability in establishing finance systems and processes A self-starter and proactive in getting things done with a high level of attention to detail You value autonomy, with the ability to drive impactful improvements You demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills, even/especially when under pressure You're willing to roll up your sleeves and get into the detail - but also thrive in both tactical and strategic situationsRequirementsWhat the job involvesBlink is growing at a really fast pace and so we are looking for an ambitious, high energy finance manager who wants a fast track promotion to FC within 18 months To support our growth, we're building the finance team where you will be responsible for building the best processes and implementing the most effective data-powered tools in the industry You will report directly to Blink's Finance Director- and will be given high autonomy to lead a best-in-class monthly close and reporting process, through solid controls and efficient processes Financial Operations & Reporting: Drive monthly close processes and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness as we scale Process Excellence & Controls: Proactively identifying problems and opportunities to standardise and improve processes, embedding a culture of improvement within the team Compliance: Lead statutory year-end accounts preparations and regulatory filings Payroll & Expense Management: Oversee payroll operations and employee expense management, ensuring full compliance with company policies Scaling Excellence: Building robust financial infrastructure, ensuring we maintain operational efficiency and accuracy whilst the company scales Financial Robustness: Implement best-in-class financial controls and audit readiness protocols Amongst many others!BenefitsWhy Blink?You will have the opportunity to be part of something impactful, large-scale, and meaningful Most importantly, you'll work for a company with a strong purpose, with an ambitious and supportive team embarking on a journey most start-ups can only dream of!Benefits include:Competitive salary - and equity in the company A quirky, spacious, natural light-filled office in London 25 days a year off (plus public holidays!)
