You’ll work with schools across Cornwall & Devon, helping them find the best teaching and support staff for their needs. If you’ve got no experience in recruitment, no worries! You’ll be recruiting for both short-term and long-term placements, helping match the best candidates to roles that are just the right fit. Plus, you’ll build fantastic relationships with schools, teachers, and candidates along the way!What You’ll DoBuild strong, ongoing relationships with schools across Devon & Cornwall. Use your creativity and sales skills to attract new clients and business opportunities. Network, network, network – we want you out there making connections (in person, over the phone, and on social media). Find the best candidates by headhunting, reviewing applications, and organizing interviews. Offer top-notch service to schools and candidates (because, of course, you’re awesome!). Use Salesforce to stay on top of bookings and client needs. Get involved in all sorts of fun stuff, like sponsorship activities for client schools.What You Need To SucceedA valid Driving Licence and access to your own car (you’ll be on the go!). Previous sales experience (doesn’t have to be in education – we’ll teach you the rest!). Great communication skills and a knack for building relationships. The ability to stay organized while juggling a bunch of tasks. A self-motivated, go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn.
