Base pay rangeDirect message the job poster from Caprice Restaurants Job Title: Operations Manager, Sexy Fish UK (London & Manchester) Salary: Depending on experience, up to £120,000 yearly We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee Sexy Fish UK (London & Manchester), an exceptional and established brand part of Caprice Holdings. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in hospitality management, coming from a strong lifestyle brands background, particularly in fine dining settings. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, genuine passion for hospitality with a commitment to maintaining the exceptional service standards that define Caprice Holdings. Sexy Fish was launched in London in October 2015. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio and decorated with artwork from Frank Gehry, Damien Hirst and Michael Roberts, the look and feel are glamourous and opulent. The food takes its inspiration from the seas of Asia, with a focus on Japan. The bar holds the world’s largest Japanese whisky collection at 400 bottles, as well as offering a hard to resist cocktail list. Sexy Fish Manchester was launched in October 2023, in the heart of Spinningfields. Key Responsibilities: Creating, communicating, and implementing the vision, mission, and overall direction Set strategic goals for operational efficiency Leading the development and implementation of the overall brand strategy Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities and industry developments Communicating on behalf of the company, with government entities and the public Ensuring effective communication of the company’s strategies, objectives, and performances to create a positive company profile Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities and industry developments Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements Plan, monitor and analyse key metrics for the day-to-day performance and operations with relevant stakeholders Develop and maintain an effective and innovative organizational structure based on achieving performance objectives that reflect the industry and market requirements Ensuring the efficient utilization of financial resources with established policies of the company making appropriate and timely financial and management decisions Work closely with Human Resource to manage performance of all employee life cycle Requirements: Exceptional experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management Well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience managing large scale, luxury operations Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development Exceptional project direction and management skills, ability to manage multiple timelines, deadlines, and actions in a collaborative extremely fast-paced and demanding environment Passionate about achieving business success and driving account improvement Generous discount off your bill (including drinks), when dining in one of our restaurants across the Group Unrivalled opportunities for progression across the Group 28 days holiday, increasing with length of service up to 5 extra days Recommend a friend scheme with great bonuses per individual referral Exclusive access to our discounts including money off gym memberships, travel, online shopping, gadget, and much more Reward programmes, long service awards, and staff recognition and incentives Join our team and be a part of a distinguished establishment committed to delivering unparalleled hospitality.
