To fulfil the role of site person in charge as required Ensure any faults or acts of vandalism are recorded and reported to the Fleet Operations Planners, Duty Leaders or Train Presentation Manager as appropriate using the appropriate defect reporting procedure. Monitor performance levels of your team and ensure that all work undertaken complies with company quality standards recommending and implementing corrective action where work carried out does not meet required standards.
