Our customer, a leading law firm is looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to join on a 6-month contract, with a secondment to a major national infrastructure client. The successful candidate will support complex infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on land assembly and post-consent delivery stages. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Advise on property matters relating to the delivery of infrastructure schemes following planning consent and Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) confirmation. Support site assembly, including negotiation and completion of land acquisition agreements, easements, and related land rights. Collaborate with internal legal and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of infrastructure projects across multiple locations. Manage risk and provide practical legal advice to stakeholders in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Qualified solicitor or equivalent with proven experience in property law. Strong background in infrastructure project delivery, particularly post-planning and post-CPO stages. Experience advising on land assembly, acquisitions, and statutory land rights for utilities or large-scale development projects. Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse caseload.
