Contentious Probate Solicitor, NQ+ Worcestershire, £(DOE) – Are you an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor looking for the next step in your career? This could be the role for you. Job RoleA new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of contentious probate and Court of Protection matters. Applications are invited from Contentious Probate Solicitors with 0-2+ years PQE, gained at a leading law firm. You will handle a wide range of contentious probate and Court of Protection matters, managing your own caseload within the Dispute Resolution team. Work independently and collaboratively, providing expert advice to clients including executors, beneficiaries, trustees, and others involved in contested wills, probate, or trust disputes. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration are essential.
