Failure to declare any convictions (that are not subject to DBS filtering) may disqualify you from joining Tiro.The RoleIn this role, you’ll be helping to change the world through science and technology apprenticeships with your obsession for developing the next generation ofLaboratory Technicians .You’ll tenaciously drive the progress of your learners, keeping them on track to complete their training programme. Combining yourlab testing or materials testing industry expertise, lab management experienceandtechnical knowledgeof laboratory skills, alongside first-classcoaching and trainingskills, you’ll support your learners to embed workplace experiences, ensuring knowledge transfer which accelerates their competency in the workplace.You'll be astrong relationship builderwho's always got the best interests of your learners at heart. By partnering with learners, employers and workplace mentors, you'll constantly bestriving for successand pushing for the best outcomes for those you support.Please note- as part of the role, you will be required to travel to support and coach learners across different locations.
