The Role As anAzure Infra Architect , you will work closely with the Infra head and platform owner to drive the cloud solution. In this role you will also be required to manage and mentor the offshore platform team to upskill junior associates. Key responsibilities: Work with Customer in close collaboration to drive the Cloud solution. Design and Architect Application workload solution to Cloud platform using different IaaS and PaaS services and ensure security guidelines has been maintained throughout lifecycle. Manage cloud environment IaaS, PaaS, Network Virtual Appliances, Monitoring components, etc. Lead, steer and mentor multi-discipline virtual technical teams in a multi-cultural and multi-vendor environment, working with teams spread across various geographical locations. Prioritize work efforts to meet deadlines and work effectively with minimal supervision in a team environment. Evaluate information quickly, look beyond the information, gather appropriate facts and evidence and explore potential root causes before a conclusion is made. Lead discussions in a constructive way with clear goals, deliverables, documented agreements and follow up actions. An ability to interact professionally under pressure with a wide range of customers ranging from end-users and IT staff to management and external service providers. Ability to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service that provide value and exceed client expectations. Exercise sound ethical and business judgment when making decisions Your Profile Essentialskills/knowledge/experience: Good experience as an architect/lead in Microsoft Azure platforms. Experience in designing and architecture development of Azure / cloud environment for large scale customers. Knowledge of DevOps, CICD pipelines, Repos, Container orchestration. Experience in design and solution of enterprise grade cloud Network architecture and cloud monitoring analytics. Large or medium scale experience in designing Infrastructure-as-Code. Good knowledge of configuration, implementation and management of different Azure networking. Implement and manage Azure role-based access control (RBAC) & Azure resource manager with Azure tag. Excellent communication skills with strong analytical skills and organizational skills. Experience with VMWARE environment, vSphere, vCenter, NSXT configuration and management Desirable Skills: Automation script like Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell. VSTS, GitHub. AWS Platform Knowledge.
