Main duties of the jobThe purpose of this role is to promote and support the delivery of the Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service (IHWS) by: Delivering lifestyle behaviour change interventions to residents. Leading targeted engagement and outreach activities to reduce health inequalities among Slough’s priority groups. Participating in promotional events throughout Slough. The successful candidate must have a clean driving licence and be willing to travel around Slough.
