We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world.Director, Quality & Food SafetyWere looking for a visionary Director of Quality & Food Safety to lead the strategic direction, governance, and continuous improvement of our end-to-end Quality & Food Safety (QFS) systems across CCEP. This is a high-impact role that ensures our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and consumer trustwhile driving innovation and sustainability.What you will do:As the QFS Director, you will:Lead the development and deployment of our long-term QFS strategy across all business units.Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement.Oversee QFS performance across the entire value chainfrom suppliers to consumers.Represent CCEP in key interactions with food safety authorities and major customers.Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional QFS team across Europe.Champion innovation, capability building, and knowledge sharing across the business.What you bring:Were looking for a strategic, inclusive leader with:10+ years of senior leadership experience in Quality & Food Safety within a multinational food or beverage environment.Previous multi-site Multinational Food Company Quality & Food Safety management experienceA Masters or PhD in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management skills.A passion for continuous improvement, sustainability, and consumer safety.Experience of leading a team in multiple locationsFluent English language capabilityLocation & Travel:Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.
