In this impactful role, you'll provideessential administration support to our busy contract team. Ifyou're looking for a dynamic and fast-paced environment where youcan make a real difference, this is the role for you!KeyResponsibilities Completing all administrative tasks for the office on apart time basis; managing own workload, deadlines 'supportingthe Contract Team. Managing communication andenquiries via phone and email, ensuring smooth & professionaltranslations between clients, subcontractors & internal teams. Serving as the first point of contact andwelcome between the company and its customers, vendors, andvisitors. Scheduling meetings andappointments; taking clear & thorough meeting minutes whenrequired. Also scheduling through SMS system.Supporting Contract Managers and departmentheads. Assisting in scheduling andcoordination of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring jobprogress is monitored and reported Processingpaperwork as required - Invoices, Quotes, Employee Forms etc. tomaintain accurate records, orders and site reports.Keeping stock of office supplies and placing orders whennecessary Requirements Proven experience in a similar administrativerole - open to any industry but high preference on groundsmaintenance/landscaping. Ability toconfidently liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholdersand manage contract documents. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Word, basic Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook). Excellent organisational skills anda keen eye for detail.
