THE OPPORTUNITY: We are searching for a confident , commercially savvy , and highly organised individual to play a key role in Marmions growth journey, initially providing integral administrative & client facing support to our team of qualified Recruitment and Retention Consultants. By working collaboratively across the entire team and supporting the entire recruitment process, you will gain exposure to a variety of sectors and functions, alongside undertaking internal and external training which will lead you to achieving a Recruitment specific qualification , progressing into a fully developed Recruitment Consultant ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the Senior Consultants, providing administrative support throughout the entire recruitment process; note taking during client meetings & candidate interviews, writing campaigns and associated candidate documents, etc. Screening applications after a full role brief from the Senior Consultant, assist with screening by reading every CV, developing a shortlist based on the skills and experience required. When confident, conduct screening calls with candidates, assessing initial suitability for the Senior Consultants to follow-up on. Assist with the scheduling , coordination , and preparation of candidate interviews and other activities relating to the process. Ensure process milestones are met and where necessary, set reminders for activities for the Senior Consultants to act upon. Monitor incoming enquiries, providing excellent service, compassion, and support or forwarding to the designated consultant. Accurately record all activity and information on the CRM, ensuring all associated administration is kept up to date on behalf of the consultants. Work closely with the Senior Consultants and develop a sound understanding of relevant sectors. Engage in internal and external training to help strengthen your skills and knowledge and achieve Recruitment Diploma qualification . When appropriate, lead on recruitment processes, manage client relationships, and conduct 360 Recruitment Consultant roles & responsibilities . EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: Were looking for people with potential, not just experience. Whether you''re new to recruitment or looking for a more meaningful role, if you have emotional intelligence , commercial curiosity , and strong values , well train and support you to succeed. Previous experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) client facing role, Project Management, Account Management, or similar would be highly beneficial. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills is essential. Confident in communicating via telephone and email , whilst remaining professional. Commercially savvy , with an ability to work to financial targets whilst maintaining exceptional quality of work. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with individuals from all walks of life. A confident, enthusiastic, compassionate personality, with a can-do/positive attitude. Technically competent, with the ability to pick up new IT systems and processes after training and onboarding. Self-starters can work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage a varied workload.
