Job Title: Operations and Logistics Manager (Military Experience)This role is designed for individuals with military experience who are interested in transitioning into the private sector. These roles are based in our Fulfillment Centers or Logistics Centers, which are central to Amazon’s fast-growing business. These centers manage inventory and develop industry-leading workflows. As a manager, you will provide inspiring and supportive leadership to your team, while also engaging directly in operational tasks when necessary. You will oversee a large group of associates and possibly team leads, reporting to senior leadership. Your leadership quality is crucial for motivating teams, planning schedules, and balancing team needs with business objectives. Another key responsibility is leading process improvement projects aimed at streamlining activities.
