This is aphone-based position , involving taking instructions from potential clients regarding their clinical negligence claims. We expect you to beconfident and professional on the phone , able to control calls, offer support, and demonstrate empathy. Your role includes gathering information, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction. We seek someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information and provide guidance. Experience or interest in clinical negligence matters such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injuries, or misdiagnosis is preferred. You should have abasic understanding of clinical negligence lawand a passion for this area. Agraduate or GDL backgroundis required.
