The Falls Prevention Team - Worthing is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist and/or Physiotherapist to help reduce the incidence and consequences of falls across West Sussex. This role involves delivering specialist assessments and tailored rehabilitation programs to individuals at risk of falling. Please note:Due to recent changes in UK immigration and visa rules, this role is unlikely to be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. The post holder will collaborate closely with clients and their families, as well as statutory and non-statutory services, to reduce falls and enhance health, wellbeing, and independence. When necessary, the post holder will provide tailored training sessions across agencies to improve fall prevention and management system-wide.
