The Role As part of our NHS Patient Services Team, you will deliver virtual pre-operative consultations to assess patient suitability for treatment, along with administrative duties such as booking appointments and managing phone calls. You will provide excellent customer service, offering advice and guidance throughout the patient journey. What You’ll Need The ideal candidate will have: Experience in a healthcare environment or ophthalmic sector Strong customer service and clinical care awareness Excellent communication skills and a passion for Vision Correction Experience with patient administration and electronic medical records systems Highly organized with good forward planning and flexibility Attention to detail Motivation and ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and patients Capability to handle challenging behaviours Experience with the Optegra difference and our vision can be viewed here:Optegra Story .
