If so, we are looking for an Early years and Childcare tutor to support our young people working towards qualifications within this sector up to level 2. No previous experience in teaching is essential, with opportunities for professional development for the right candidate. This role will be sales focussed working towards set KPI’s, building effective relationships with our customers and maximising our brand recognition.Requirements:Ideally you will have the following: -AET or equivalentor willing to work towards Previous experience within the childcare or early years sector GCSE maths and Englishat Grade 4 (GCSE C and above) Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases and Outlook D32/33, A1 or TAQA 3 qualification or commitment to achieving within 6 months. A relevant up to date qualification or industrial experienceA driving license and use of own car is essential as there will be an expectation to work across numerous sites.At YMCA Derbyshire we aim to transform the lives of the people we work with for the better.
