This could be your next career move. We’re supporting a Topflight Law firm in their search for a Compliance Manager to join their growing, collaborative Risk & Compliance team. Working alongside a supportive Director and forward-thinking colleagues, you’ll help shape and deliver the business’s approach to legal, regulatory, and operational risk management. This is a varied and hands-on role that will suit someone with experience in a regulated law firm environment and a natural ability to communicate, advise and lead on compliance matters. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: Experience working in a firm regulated by the SRA Good working knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct / Handbook Awareness of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and drafting Confident delivering training and advising colleagues at all levels Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider compliance team This role is more focused around SRA Regulation and Compliance rather than AML, so applicants with a stronger knowledge in that area are desirable.
