Appointment level (Senior Research Fellow, Associate Professor, and Professor – Levels C, D, or E) will be determined in line with your academic achievements and international research standing.We offer comprehensive relocation support and visa sponsorship, if required, to help you transition smoothly to UNSW Sydney or UNSW Canberra and become part of UNSW’s diverse and globally connected research community.Who You AreCurrently employed in an internationally recognised research institution with an academic standing equivalent to Level C, D, or E (Senior Research Fellow, Associate Professor, and Professor), with a proven track record of excellence in research (top 10% of their field), and academic leadership. Extensive experience at internationally recognised institutions, with a strong global reputation and active engagement in international research networks and collaborations. Existing collaborations with UNSW colleagues or with the Australian network will be looked upon favourably. Recognised as a leader in your field, and a demonstrated commitment to research excellence, innovation, and strategic impact—both individually and within your discipline. Relocation assistance in accordance with UNSW’s relocation framework to assist with the transition to Sydney or Canberra as required.
