Ensure continual improvement, process excellence, and standardization. Manage employee performance directly. Utilize performance metrics and process improvement techniques. Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor's degree.
