Just as important as anything else is your ability to process complex information, ask challenging questions, make strategic decisions and be an advocate for our customers, ensuring their voice has influence.In terms of your time, there are 6 board meetings a year which bdht board members are expected to attend and you will be a member of the finance and investment committee which meets 4 times a year. You may also be invited to sit on other committees. In addition to this there are 2.5 strategic days a year, board training events and ad hoc working groups and task and finish groups.
