Our Evri people are what set us apart.We are looking for individuals to come and join the Evri family that share our passion and drive to delight our Customers.What will you do in the role?As our Transport Shift Supervisor, you'll report in to theTransport Shift Manager and you will bepivotal in providing leadership and direction to your shift of DriversYou will be responsible for motivating your colleagues, problem solving on a day to day basis and ensuring that the transport operation runs smoothly across your shift where youll provide a detailed hand over to your Shift Manager and fellow SupervisorsSome of your responsibilities will be tobrief and debrief drivers to ensure that all instructions for their allocated runs are understood and actioned.Working and partnering with external and internal clients regarding collections and deliveriesRevising driver log sheets with the drivers, ensuring that defects raised during vehicle checks are complete and all accidents/damage reported daily.What skills/qualifications are required?You will need experience of collating reports on Driver information including Digi tachographs, Health & Safety for site and for DriversExperience of route optimisation and problem solving would be useful as our Transport Shift SupervisorYoull have some experience of TMS systems such as Isotrak, Tachomaster, Ortec or equivalentFully PC literate, youll be able to use Windows and MS Office especially Excel, Outlook and TeamsOur Transport Shift Supervisor is for someone who understands how to motivate and can efficiently prioritise pressing needs, where there isnt an obvious solution.Lateral and original thinking would be a benefit as would logistics experience and having worked in a busy Transport officeWhat can we offer you?We offer an excellent remuneration package with fantastic opportunities for progression, learning and development.Come and join us in our exciting operation to deliver a fantastic parcel experience to our customers for our clients Evri day!TPBN1_UKTJ
