We are seeking a highly organised and trustworthy individual as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operation and logistics planning based in Teddington. This role ensures that goods are received, stored, packed securely and dispatched efficiently, and that stock integrity and customer fulfilment standards are met consistently.Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, goods in/out, and equipment maintenance.- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transport scheduling.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.- Monitor stock levels and implement systems to reduce wastage and improve space utilisation.- Collaborate with sales and hire teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.- Company Vehicle Management Servicing/MOT scheduling- Customer deliveries in our own VehiclesKey Requirements :- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.- Knowledge of transportation regulations and health & safety compliance.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Preferred Qualifications :-Good computer skills Some of our systems are bespoke- Experience in international shipping, customs documentation, or e-commerce logistics is desirable.- Full Driving LicenceOverall we are looking for somebody with a Can-do attitude who is willing to look after the Companys interests whilst looking after our customers.9am 6pm Monday to FridayTPBN1_UKTJ
