Working across global and regional teams, youll provide critical insights that drive strategic decision-making in Category Development, Sales, and RGM.Key Responsibilities:Be the Product Owner of the in-house RGM Analytics Hub, live in 12+ markets. Oversee its smooth operation, lead enhancements, and scale its capabilities across markets.Lead Ad-Hoc Research Projects from brief to execution prioritizing key business questions and ensuring insights drive tangible business action.Enhance and Innovate on existing research methodologies and develop predictive/prescriptive analytics for pricing and promotion strategies.What You Bring:5+ years of hands-on experience in Commercial Insights & Analytics within a CPG/FMCG environment.A proven track record of leading cross-functional research and analytics projects with real business outcomes.Ideally, experience in at least two international markets outside your home country.Strategic mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.This role offers the chance to influence high-level strategy and work with a forward-thinking analytics team at a global scale.
