So, what is in it for you?Industry leading competitive salaryA flexible approach to working patterns - we are happy to discuss all flexible working options to help you achieve the work life balance that suits youMinimum 30 days holiday rising to 34 days (pro rata basis)Bonus schemeA range of training and development programmesIndustry leading career progression opportunitiesContributory workplace pension schemeUniform providedLong service rewardCustomer introduced rewardEmployee discountsAccess to discounts on retailers, restaurants, holidays and much moreWellness programmeFree parkingAn average day as a Commercial Motor Vehicle TechnicianUtilising your expanding knowledge of our manufacturer's vehicles and features you will be responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles of all types to an exemplary standard within our state of the art workshop.Working as part of a capable and motivated team, you will complete all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.You will accurately and skilfully complete and provide diagnostic reports on our customers vehicles, advise and report on vehicle faults, and servicing/repair requirements for the future through vehicle health checks.In accordance with manufacture, warranty and dealer requirements, you will complete relevant service documentation, including job sheets, PDIs and service reports.Upon the completion of jobs, through the use of diagnostic equipment and road testing, you will check the level and quality of work that has been carried out.About YouWe consider candidates from all backgrounds who have experience working in the Automotive sector within a technical roleAs a minimum, you will be qualified to Level 2 NVQ, or equivalent, in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.You will have fantastic communication skills and thrive working in a challenging yet rewarding environmentYou will have the ability to work well under pressure - It will be your technical ability that will help you overcome any challenge that is thrown your way.An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be providedMOT Testers Licence would also be beneficial but not essentialHold a full UK driving licenceWe want you to love what you do The rest will come naturally.Stoneacre Motor Group are an Equal Opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
