Full training is provided - including assessor qualifications if not already held.You'll join a dedicated team passionate about high-quality vocational training. In this role, you'll support carpentry apprentices throughout their journey, from initial assessments to EPA readiness, ensuring their skills, knowledge, and confidence are built to last.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Carpentry or Joinery, a relevant vocational qualification, and a passion for helping learners succeed. You don't need to be a qualified assessor - the college will provide all necessary training.The RoleManage a caseload of carpentry apprentices (Level 2 & 3)Provide on-site and remote coaching, assessment and feedbackTrack learner progress and support EPA preparationWork closely with employers and apprenticeship teamsThe PersonQualified in Carpentry or Joinery (Level 2 or higher)Industry experience in the construction sectorOrganised, approachable, and passionate about developmentAssessor qualification (A1) desirable - training can be providedBased within a commutable distance of SloughTPBN1_UKTJ
