Fixed term contract until 31 December 2025Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.Sittingbourne hybrid workingWere looking for an exceptional individual to join our Assets Compliance team as a Compliance Officer on a part time basis to support the team with a wide variety of tasks and activities.You will need to demonstrate a genuine interest in, and understanding of, social housing compliance and be ready to work in a team to provide support activity that will include administrative tasks, arranging access, resident queries, data entry and ensuring accurate data is held within Apex and other systems.You will be working with data and ensuring all information is reflected and maintained correctly in our records and systems as well as provide support to the Compliance Manager and provide project support to the team on key administrative projects as required.This role is offered on fixed term basis until 31 December 2025, working 18.5 hours a week with working days Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
