This is a 2:1 24/7 package , which includes day and night shifts , and requires individuals who are resilient, experienced, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.Due to the nature of the role and the behaviours presented, this position is ideal for individuals with a background in mental health and those with experience supporting ex-offenders .The applicant must have the following qualifications and experience:Minimum 6 months recent experience in a healthcare or support role within the UKExperience working in complex care , mental health , challenging behaviours.Strong experience managing physical and verbal aggression , and implementing de-escalation techniquesMust hold PMVAExperience supporting individuals with personality disorders , challenging behaviour , and emotional dysregulationConfident in administering medication , following care plans , and monitoring wellbeingA valid UK driving licence is requiredMust have the right to work in the UK we do not offer sponsorshipStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a wider care teamEmpathetic, patient, and resilient, with a focus on safety, dignity, and positive outcomesTPBN1_UKTJ
