With over 40 years in the industry, our client is now looking for a Compliance Supervisor to lead and support their field-based team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone whos experienced in the compliance or ductwork cleaning sector and is ready to step into a leadership role. Youll be responsible for managing environmental hygiene cleaning contracts across ventilation systems, fire dampers, and kitchen extract fire safety cleaning.As a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams, youll take ownership of job delivery, ensure H&S and industry standards are met, oversee training of field teams, and support quality across equipment and procedures.
