Are you process-driven with a great eye for detail?We are looking for a passionate project manager to join our Samsungs retail projects team.The Retail Project Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of all central projects crossing multiple departments within the business.You will be responsible for supporting stakeholders from the initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring that work is briefed out to make sure that projects are delivered in full, on time and to budget.WHAT YOULL BE UP TOPROJECT MANAGEMENTMonitor and lead the project lifecycle for projects across the businessDevelop and maintain a project framework for the business to work for all project sizesResponsible for the closure phase of the projects (outputs, lessons learned, handover and benefits realisation review plan, KPIs)STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENTLiaise closely with internal and client stakeholders to understand project opportunities and support requirementsManage the integration of project outputs into BAU actions with all stakeholders, ensuring new furniture is solidified into the BAU Go To Market processesBUDGET MANAGEMENT & ANALYSISDevelop and forecast project timelines and budgets for all business proposalsAnalyse all completed and historic projects, obtaining detail on improvement areas for future projectsRELATIONSHIP BUILDINGBuild effective relationships across departments to assist in effective delivery of set and agreed timelinesSummarise business wide project progression, keeping Senior Leadership informedMeet with external suppliers / stakeholders when necessaryPROCESS COMPLIANCEOversee all project related documentation, monitoring and reporting progress and all the administrative tasks that are required.Ensure standard operating procedures are created and maintained to support any new or changing processes across Head Office functionsEnsure insights are used to shape and build project proposals, encouraging innovative ideasARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?Youre an excellent project managing with experience managing a range of small and large projectsYou have a great operational mindset and can effectively problem-solveYou can build strong internal and externals relationships to support successful project deliveryYou are enthusiastic and are keen to learnYou will be a confident project leader taking ownership of project outcomes and activitiesYou can communicate with confidence and inspire changeYou can work with independence and as part of a team to deliver business-wide projectsWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM USCompetitive Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 Per AnnumPerformance Bonus: 10%Company Sick PaySamsung DiscountsLife Assurance: 4 times your annual salaryRewards HubDevelopment Opportunities our teams have historically moved into all manner of other jobs!WHO ARE WE?Were Blue Square.
