You’ll be joining a values-driven challenger brand at an exciting growth stage, where your insights genuinely shape the direction of the business. From influencing top-tier retailer relationships to guiding new product development and feeding into brand planning, your voice will be heard and your expertise valued across every department.You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and NPD, acting as the commercial glue that links shopper behaviour to business strategy. Externally, you’ll help retailers elevate their own category thinking, positioning this brand as a trusted partner and leader in the nut butter 'snacking space.
