About the RoleWe are seeking to hire an Automation Managed Service Lead to join the team in Impact Engineering. This role is based on a key customer site in Northern Ireland. This role involves leading and managing a team of cross-functional engineers on a customer site.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of cross functional engineers on a customer siteProvide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Report on key metrics to the Impact Engineering Leadership teamProject Manager for all Impact projects on site ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are metAct as the primary point of contact for the client, managing day-to-day relationships and addressing service-related concerns.Implement and maintain effective monitoring, reporting, and escalation processesManage resource allocation to ensure service delivery is maintained without disruptionContinuously identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiencyEnsure that best practices, standards, and compliance requirements are adhered to in service delivery Qualifications15+ years’ experience of life sciences with growing levels of responsibilityTechnical degree in Engineering or related disciplineFurther post graduate qualifications in project management highly desirable Required SkillsExcellent ability for working with people and leading teamsEnergy, passion and vision to drive growth strategyTechnical background in DeltaV DCS and Siemens/Rockwell PLC’s a strong advantage.
