Senior Project Manager / Project Director – Cat A Office Fit-Out & RefurbishmentLocation - ReadingUp to £120,000 + Comprehensive PackageThe Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead the delivery of a prestigious £15 million, 30,000 sq ft Cat A office fit-out and refurbishment project in Reading. This high-spec commercial scheme includes full mechanical & electrical (M&E) upgrades, a new roof, and extensive interior and exterior refurbishment.The Role As the Project Lead, you’ll be responsible for:Full project lifecycle delivery, from pre-construction through to completion and handover.Managing all site operations, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.Liaising with client-side stakeholders, consultants, and design teams.Driving health 'safety, quality, and programme performance.Collaborating closely with commercial and design managers to manage cost, risk, and change control.About YouProven experience delivering complex commercial fit-out & refurbishment projects, ideally £10m+ in value.Solid understanding of Cat A office standards, structural refurbishment, roofing, and M&E installations.Track record of managing site teams and delivering projects to high standards under pressure.Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.
