From post-acquisition integrations and strategic technology delivery to regulatory compliance and operational improvements, your leadership will be key to driving sustainable change and client value.You will oversee a high-performing transformation team, establish modern and scalable PMO practices, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement. With a highly experienced leadership team and the backing of a committed investor, you will have the platform and support needed to make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, mobilisation, and execution of strategic transformation programmes across the businessDevelop clear, outcome-focused change roadmaps that support strategic objectivesBuild and manage an agile PMO and transformation governance frameworkOversee the successful integration of acquired firms into a unified brand, operating model, and cultureWork cross-functionally to deliver process efficiencies, improve client experience, and ensure regulatory alignmentChampion change leadership and drive organisation-wide adoption of new systems and practicesChair the internal Change Approval Board, ensuring robust governance and delivery assuranceWhat You Will Bring5–7+ years of senior transformation or change leadership experience in complex, regulated environmentsStrong track record of delivering high-impact change and integration programmesExpertise in portfolio management, agile governance, and benefits realisationOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on outcomesExperience with FCA regulation, including Consumer Duty, is desirableSuccess in This Role Will Look LikeStrategic transformation programmes delivered to agreed scope, timelines, and budgetEffective post-acquisition integrations that enhance operational efficiency and client serviceDemonstrable improvements in client and adviser satisfactionA confident, capable culture of change embedded across the businessWhy Apply?
