They are getting ahead and want a consultant in to do soft market testing for this date.If you are a consultant who specialises within procurement of Housing Systems this is a fantastic opportunity to leave a lasting impact which could lead to repeat work in the future.The successful consultant must be able to focus on soft market testing, establishing a report on suitable venders and communicating that with executive stakeholders on the AS-IS and what the future TO-BE could look like.Essential Skills:Experience with procurement processesStrong understanding of the supplier landscape in the housing tech spaceFamiliarity with Housing Management Systems (HMS)Desired Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a consultancy environment.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.If this role is of interest to you, please contact m.abbas@ as soon as possible.
