This role is central to ensuring a high-quality, compliant experience in planning and executing meetings with healthcare professionals and organizations.With multiple new product launches planned across the region, we are expanding our EMS team to meet growing business needs. If you thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for sales and non-sales meeting owners in all Nordic countries.Provide administrative support and compliance oversight for a variety of customer-facing meetings.Deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring meetings align with local pharmaceutical codes and global standards.Become an expert in meeting systems and processes, coaching others to ensure accurate and compliant data entry.Collaborate with contracting teams and manage service provider agreements and payments.Monitor meeting data, track errors, and share insights with internal stakeholders.Respond promptly to audit, compliance, and quality-related requests.Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.Skills & ExperienceExceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on compliance.Proven customer service skills with the ability to build professional relationships across all levels.Confident working independently and as part of a remote team.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Fluent in one (or more) Nordic languages (preferably native) and English.Ability to remain accurate and focused during repetitive tasks.Comfortable using digital tools and systems, with a willingness to learn and improve processes.Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with industry codes (e.g., TOV, EFPIA) is advantageous but not required.Experience with platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.What You BringA solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.Energy, drive, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding results.An open, adaptable attitude toward change and continuous improvement.Ready to support the future of healthcare in the Nordics?Apply today and become part of a collaborative, mission-driven team committed to excellence in customer engagement and compliance.
