Technical Delivery Manager – Software ProjectsLocation: UK-wideSalary: £90,000 – £120,000 (depending on experience)Are you an experienced software delivery professional with a track record of hands-on success across complex, multi-workstream projects? We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering high-impact digital transformation initiatives across the UK.In this high-accountability role, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of software and application projects — from shaping pre-sales solutions through to overseeing successful live service transitions. You’ll be central to the delivery of innovative, scalable, and high-performance platforms, often involving migration programmes (cloud or otherwise), and working closely with a cross-functional team of SMEs and engineers.What We’re Looking For:9+ years’ experience delivering software/application solutions in technically complex environments with multiple workstreamsStrong consulting experienceStrong delivery leadership backgroundSoftware/applications backgroundCloud migration or general migration project experience is highly desirableDemonstrated success in multi-workstream delivery involving modern software practices and architecturesConfident stakeholder management skills, particularly with C-level and senior technical stakeholdersProven ability to drive technical programmes independently without relying on large teams for detail executionEnd-to-end understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, from shaping and estimating work through to deployment and BAU handoverExcellent grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and tooling such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience supporting pre-sales, technical scoping, and commercial governance is a strong plusWhat You’ll Be Doing:Leading the hands-on delivery of complex software solutions across a range of industry sectorsCollaborating with architects, engineers, and product stakeholders to shape, define, and deliver scalable, resilient systemsManaging risk, change, scope, and governance processes to ensure high-quality delivery to agreed timelines and budgetsSupporting teams technically while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes and value creationActing as a trusted advisor, aligning technical delivery to strategic objectives and helping clients innovate through technologyIf you’re from a high-performance environment and ready to bring that energy to a nimble, mission-driven team — this is your opportunity.
