You will ensure products are uploaded quickly and accurately, with optimised content that supports customer decision-making and drives sales.Collaborating closely with the Photostudio, Digital Trading Team, brands, and Buying Teams, you will use your copywriting skills to create engaging, on-brand product descriptions and apply SEO best practices to maximise search visibility. You’ll also validate product attributes, assign appropriate categories, and maintain the integrity of the product catalogue across all digital touchpoints.What we are looking for in a candidate…Highly organised with excellent time management skills and meticulous attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and thrive in a team environmentSelf-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing workloads to meet tight deadlinesProactive and collaborative approach to achieving challenging deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to all levels of the business and keep stakeholders informedExceptional spelling and grammarProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Shopify Plus and Creative Force is advantageousCopywriting skills with experience using AI tools would be beneficialKnowledge of SEO best practices is advantageousAbout FenwickFenwick is rich with heritage and history and have been style pioneers since 1882 when our first store opened.
