Our client is looking for an Employee Relations Case Advisor to join their friendly and collaborative team based in Chelmsford. The successful candidate must have strong experience and knowledge within Employee Relations. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your knowledge, working with complex grievance and disciplinary cases.Your new role Provide end-to-end support Advice on ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals. Ensure cases are handled fairly, consistently, and pragmatically, escalating complex matters to the ER Case Manager when needed. Managing your own caseload, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and effective resolution.
