Make something special out of your skills too.At HOYER UK, we are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR-Manager (m/f/d) on a part-time basis to lead our Human Resources function and drive initiatives aligned with the broader goals of the HOYER Group. In this key role, you will champion a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and support our teams through effective talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance managementYour ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with business goals, legal standards and best practicesAct as a trusted advisor to management, aligning HR strategies with business goals, facilitating open communication between management and employeesLead employee relations, providing expert guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, grievances and investigationsOversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and talent acquisition to onboarding and retentionEnsure full compliance with employment laws and internal policies, while managing payroll, compensation, and benefits processesProvide strategic HR insights and reporting to senior leadership, supporting data-driven decisions and long-term workforce planningDrive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with HOYER’s valuesYour ExpertiseUniversity degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Law, or Psychology) or a comparable qualification with a focus on Human ResourcesProven experience in a senior HR role within the UK, with strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR compliance, and best practicesSolid understanding of payroll, compensation, and benefits administrationProficiency in HR systems and data analytics,Hands-on experience in employee relationsStrong advisory skills, with the ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leadershipExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building inclusive, engaging workplace culturesBenefitsSecure and stable work environmentAdherence to the highest safety standardsEngaging and autonomous areas of responsibilityFlexible remote work optionsAttractive Pension SchemeComprehensive Life AssuranceVision Care SupportCarina Böttcher looks forward to receiving your application.
