Senior Data Analyst | Logistics or Supply Chain Focus | Retail | Plymouth | 5 days/week | Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a high growth national retailer. The Senior Data Analyst, will provide crucial insights across the Supply Chain network, driving performance improvements, optimising processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making at all levels. This is an office-based role with some travel to operational sites.The RoleAnalyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business performance.Create and manage interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, tailored to different departments.Work closely with operational teams to recommend improvements and solutions based on data analysis.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and improve business outcomes.Continuously optimize data collection and analysis processes for greater efficiency and data accuracy.About YouStrong track record in data analysis, ideally within retail, operations, or financial servicesAdvanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BIPython knowledge for simulation and modelling purposesExperience working with data warehouses, IT platforms, and enterprise reporting toolsExcellent stakeholder management and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail, with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvementAbility to translate complex datasets into commercial insight and actionComfortable managing high volumes of data and influencing senior stakeholdersDesirable (Not Essential)Experience in a retail or omnichannel environmentExposure to WMS/ERP systemsPrevious roles in performance management or commercial analytics within a matrix structureWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (£45,000-£55,000) and the chance to shape performance in a fast-growing, private equity-backed businessHigh-impact role with real visibility across supply chain, finance, and commercial operationsExposure to industry-leading tools (Power BI, SQL, Python) and meaningful project work that drives strategic decisionsZachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
