Job Description

Castlegate is seeking a Client Support Administrator. Working as part of the reception team, you will provide a quality front-of-house and administration service to support our team and clients. Supporting the growth of Castlegate Financial Management and the wider Duncan & Toplis Group.We are looking for an experience Administrator to be office based in our Grantham office.Your responsibilitiesHere's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:Support the client delivery teams and all offices in administrative and day to day operational matters, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team. These may include managing meeting rooms, looking after facilities, coordination of team meetings, coordination of diaries for client meetings, supporting events, filing, printing and packaging, and other tasks as required.Manage the reception area which will include greeting clients, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared, management of incoming and outgoing post, management of pigeon holes, fielding incoming calls and new client enquiries, monitoring the LiveChat system and ensuring the full reception area is tidy and professional with a welcoming, warm environment. Complete ad-hoc administration tasks for the wider team, including stationary orders, maintaining printer toner, maintaining new client packs, mailshots, ad-hoc projects and general administration in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). About youWe think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role:Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially within Outlook and WordEffective organisation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenProduction of accurate and timely workExcellent attention to detailThe ability to work effectively as part of a wider teamDeveloping understanding of data protection requirements
