This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing estates strategy, capital delivery and facilities functions across a 60-bed private hospital in Bath – a site recognised for clinical excellence, patient experience, and operational quality.OverviewThis is a high-impact, full-time permanent opportunity for a senior estates leader with strong healthcare project and FM credentials. Reporting directly to the Hospital Director, you will take full ownership of estates strategy and facilities operations, leading ongoing construction projects and delivering a high standard of estate maintenance, compliance and service excellence.will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of capital and revenue projects, PPM and reactive maintenance, and the leadership of the in-house maintenance team. The role also includes the operational management of FM teams including Reception, Housekeeping, Catering, and Hospitality, ensuring services meet regulatory and clinical standards.This is a strategic and operational leadership role ideal for an experienced hospital estates professional with proven success in healthcare construction, engineering and facilities management.
